“Make the Change” was a sustainability campaign aimed at showing Starbucks customers how simple it can be to reduce waste by using a reusable coffee cup. The campaign featured the playful and visually engaging “Where You Go, We Go,” directed by The Queen (Dan & Crin), which followed three characters throughout their daily activities, highlighting how their reusable cups accompanied them everywhere. After the film, social media posts promoted Starbucks’ summer seasonal drinks.
